Main components
Black beans: About 7–8 g of protein per ½ cup cooked. Soluble and insoluble fiber support for digestion and feeling full. Good source of iron, folate, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium.
Romaine: Rich in vitamin A and vitamin K, supporting eye health and strong bones. Its high fiber content promotes digestion and helps stabilize blood sugar.

Method
- Cook rice
- Saute vegetables on stove top for 8 minutes or till fully cooked. Then add black beans and spices.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl & enjoy
