Main components

Cauliflower:

  • Contains choline (good for brain), which supports memory and learning, nervous system function, & healthy metabolism.
  • High in fiber, aiding digestion and preventing constipation. 
  • Cauliflower is fat-free and cholesterol-free.
  • Contains vitamin K and folate, supporting bone strength and cell repair

Hot sauce:

  • Contains capsaicin, the compound that gives peppers heat; also supports fat oxidation, and calorie burn. 

  • Has natural antimicrobial effects & can help fight bad bacteria

Buffalo Cauliflower

Healthy version of buffalo wings- don't knock em till you try them!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Almond milk
Spices
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Method
 

  1. Chop into bite sized pieces. Give it a rinse to clean.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond milk, tad of flour and spices. Mix in the cauliflower.
  3. Cook at 410F for 10 minutes (or till crispy). Flip them.
  4. Once crisping and soft. Stir cauliflower with Franks hot sauce till evenly coated.
  5. Put back into oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
