Jalapeño Poppers
Method
- Soak cashews in hot water for 20 minutes
- Add cashews, breadcrumbs, cheese, and spices to food processor.
- Cut jalapeños in half & spoon out seeds (these are super spicy beware).
- Add filling to cut jalapeños. Optional -> top with breadcrumbs & dried red chili peppers
- Bake in the oven at 400F for 15-22 minutes.
