Guacamole
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Red onion
  • Lemon
Main
  • Red onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Black bean
  • Mushroom
  • Garlic
Spices
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne
  • Chili powder
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Saute garlic, onion, pepper & mushrooms on stove top for around 10 minutes.
  2. Add beans & spices. Cook for around 4 more minutes
  3. Enjoy on it's own, with chips, or in a tortilla.
