Beans, Veggies & Guac

Ingredients
  

Guacamole
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Red onion
  • half Lemon squeezed
Saute
  • 1/3 Red onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Black bean
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1 Garlic
Spices
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • pinch Cayenne
  • pinch Chili powder
  • pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. Saute garlic, onion, pepper & mushrooms on stove top for around 10 minutes.
  2. Add beans & spices. Cook for around 4 more minutes
  3. Enjoy on it's own, with chips, or in a tortilla.
