Banana, One Bowl Pancakes

Classic pancakes but with a healthy base of banana! Try this simple VEGAN morning treat, and the best part? Only one bowl needed making dishes a breeze. Start your days off right! :)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • .5 Flour
  • .25 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Non-dairy milk

Method
 

  1. Mash banana in bowl
    1 Banana
  2. Mix in everything else
    .5 Flour, .25 tsp Baking powder, 1/2 - 1 cup Non-dairy milk
  3. Heat olive oil on stove top, pour in batter, wait for bubbles to appear & underside is golden. Flip, wait a few minutes & then enjoy!
