Ingredients
  

  • Chow mein noodles
  • 1 Carrots
  • half Cabbage
  • 3 Garlic cloves
Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • pinch Garlic powder
  • pinch Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Siracha
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Boil water & add noodles. Cook till soft.
  2. On stove top, saute all vegetables with oil until browning.
  3. Add sauce ingredients directly into the pan. Adjust for taste preference
  4. Add in noodles, enjoy!
