- Heat oil then crumble the tofu and saute on medium for 5 minutes chopped mushrooms & garlic.5 Bella Mushrooms, 1/5 block Tofu, 1 Clove of Garlic
- Add water chestnuts, green onions and the sauce ingredients. Adjust for taste preference. Saute for a 2 more minutes.2 Green Onions, 1/3 cup Water Chestnut, 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Rice Vinegar, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, 1 tsp Sriracha, 1 tsp Sesame oil
