Spring Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • Rice paper
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Hot water
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
Filling
  • half Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • half Cabbage

Method
 

  1. Mix sauce ingredients to taste preference
  2. Cut all veggies thinly
  3. Run rice roll under warm water for a few seconds. Now move quick from here!
  4. Add veggies & roll it. Hold it shut for a few seconds so it sticks.
  5. Enjoy :)
