- Add boiling water to a bowl with the noodles. Let sit for 5 minutes (or till soft).1 cup Rice vermicelli
- Saute vegetables on stove top for 8-10 minutes.1 Red Pepper, 1 cup Broccoli, 1/2 cup Snap Pea, 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Add noodles and sauce ingredients. Saute for 2 minutes. Enjoy!1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1 tsp Garlic Powder
