Ingredients
  

  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Snap Pea
  • 1 cup Rice vermicelli
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Add boiling water to a bowl with the noodles. Let sit for 5 minutes (or till soft).
    1 cup Rice vermicelli
  2. Saute vegetables on stove top for 8-10 minutes.
    1 Red Pepper, 1 cup Broccoli, 1/2 cup Snap Pea, 1 tsp Olive Oil
  3. Add noodles and sauce ingredients. Saute for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
    1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1 tsp Garlic Powder
