Vegan Sushi

Ingredients
  

  • Seaweed
  • White rice
  • Cane sugar
  • Rice vinegar
Inside options
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Bell pepper
  • Shredded carrot
  • Fried tofu
  • Fried shallots
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Steam rice. Once done mix in rice vinegar & dash of sugar.
  2. Lay out seaweed, line ingredients in middle & roll with your DRY hands
  3. Cut into pieces or eat as a hand roll
